Bringing over 40 years of experience across major banks, commercial lending and business advisory, Mark provides calm, practical guidance in complex financial situations.

Annie McCooey

Business Operations Manager
Annie oversees the operational backbone of SoEzy Commercial Finance, ensuring that applications, documentation and lender processes move smoothly from initial enquiry through to settlement. Her attention to detail and steady organisational approach help create a calm and efficient experience for clients throughout the lending process.

Debra Delahenty

Account Operations Manager
Debra manages the day to day coordination of client accounts and lending applications, working closely with lenders and internal systems to ensure every stage of the process is handled carefully and efficiently. Clients value her reliability, clear communication and commitment to seeing each application through to completion.

Ingrid Wilde

Asset & Equipment Finance Specialist
With a background in real estate and many years running her own business, Ingrid brings practical insight into the financial needs of business owners. She specialises in asset and equipment lending, assisting clients with finance for vehicles, machinery, agricultural equipment and business loans.

Charlie & Finn

Office Morale Team

Charlie, our senior executive at 14, oversees operations from the front office carpet. While he may appear to be asleep, he is in fact quietly supervising all client matters.

Finn, a highly engaged working dog, has turned his talents to catering, coffee service and client satisfaction. He takes his responsibilities seriously, particularly when treats are involved.

In most cases we are paid by the lender, so there is no cost to you.

We’re based in Olinda, but we’re happy to meet you wherever it’s convenient—at home, at work, or over a call. Our goal is to make the process easy and stress-free from start to finish. We have clients all over Australia.
